Smart Blasting convinced M\u00e4larenergi by first experiment<\/b><\/h2>\n

M\u00e4larenergi AB<\/b> is a city-owned electric power<\/a> and district heating<\/a> provider based in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s<\/a>, Sweden<\/a>. The company owns the grid in V\u00e4stmanland and produces electricity, district heating and cooling. M\u00e4larenergi owns and operates a number of plants, mostly for the production of electricity and heating but also plants for tap water production and waste water purification. The biggest plant is Kraftv\u00e4rmeverket in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s.<\/p>\n

<\/a>M\u00e4larEnergi tested Clean Steel\u2019s Smart Blasting boiler cleaning service in their annual outage 2020 (Block 7). The whole project went well from the very beginning to the reporting and cleaning result was perfect. This was a happy start for long term co-coperation.<\/p>\n

Dalkia \/ Smurfit Kappa (Cellulose du Pin, Biganos)<\/h2>\n

Dalkia \u00e4r Frankrikes ledande operat\u00f6r av vedeldade kraftverk, och biomassan utg\u00f6r n\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften av Dalkias produktion av f\u00f6rnybar energi samt st\u00e5r f\u00f6r 17 % av den totala energikombinationen.<\/p>\n

Dalkia \u00e4ger Frankrikes st\u00f6rsta biomassabaserade v\u00e4rmekraftverk som startade sin produktion f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan. Anl\u00e4ggningen \u00e4r bel\u00e4gen i sydv\u00e4stra Frankrike p\u00e5 papperstillverkare Smurfit Kappa Group LLCs Biganos-Factures produktionsomr\u00e5de. Kraftverket p\u00e5 124 megawatt kommer att anv\u00e4nda 422 000 ton tr\u00e4dbark och rester fr\u00e5n massaprocessen f\u00f6r att producera elektricitet och 170 ton \u00e5nga per timme.<\/p>\n

Dalkia litar p\u00e5 Clean Steels expertis n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller reng\u00f6ring av v\u00e4rmepannans f\u00f6rorenade v\u00e4rme\u00f6verf\u00f6ringsytor. Samarbetet inleddes 2019 och forts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6ljde efter det framg\u00e5ngsrika f\u00f6rsta projektet i det \u00e5rliga underh\u00e5llet 2020.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r v\u00e4sentligt att reng\u00f6ra pannans v\u00e4rme\u00f6verf\u00f6ringsytor regelbundet och noggrant, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e5 snabbt som m\u00f6jligt. P\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt f\u00f6rblir pannans driftskapacitet effektiv under hela s\u00e4songen och problemen minimeras. P\u00e5 motsvarande s\u00e4tt effektiveras utf\u00f6randet av lagstadgade inspektioner av pannan n\u00e4r v\u00e4rme\u00f6verf\u00f6ringsytorna som f\u00f6rorenas under drift har rengjorts och \u00e4r klara f\u00f6r inspektion.<\/p>\n

Tidigare hade reng\u00f6ringen av Dalkias panna utf\u00f6rts med sandbl\u00e4string, men reng\u00f6ringsresultatet har varit bristf\u00e4lligt och tiden som arbetet kr\u00e4ver har varit f\u00f6r l\u00e5ng. Med hj\u00e4lp av reng\u00f6ringsmetoden Smart Blasting kan b\u00e5de tidsanv\u00e4ndningen och reng\u00f6ringsresultatet f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras avsev\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n

Den v\u00e4lfungerande reng\u00f6ringsmetoden, den yrkeskunniga personalen och den sakkunskap om reng\u00f6ring av f\u00f6rorenade v\u00e4rme\u00f6verf\u00f6ringsytor som man under \u00e5rens lopp har erh\u00e5llit, ger resultat som \u00e4ven proffs i Frankrike nu litar p\u00e5.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 massafabriken i Tel\u00eamaco testades Clean Steel Smart BlastingTM-reng\u00f6ringsmetod p\u00e5 en kraftpanna med eukalyptus som huvudbr\u00e4nsle i april f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret. \u00c5ngproduktionen f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades betydligt omedelbart efter Smart BlastingTM-reng\u00f6ring.
